Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about booking, pricing in USD, licences, drivers, and pickups in Dili and Timor-Leste. For a firm quote, contact us on WhatsApp.
How do I book a car?
Open the fleet list, pick a model or category, then WhatsApp us with your dates, rough route, and meeting point. We confirm availability, with or without driver, and indicative USD pricing before you commit.
Are prices in USD?
Yes — rates are quoted and discussed in US dollars (USD). Final totals depend on vehicle, duration, optional driver, and delivery or airport handover.
What if I need to drive myself?
Our standard offer is vehicle with driver. If self-drive is possible for a specific model, we explain licence and deposit requirements on WhatsApp before you book.
Can I add a driver?
Yes. Driver rates are quoted per day on top of the vehicle. This suits busy roads, rural routes, or when you prefer not to drive.
Do you serve Presidente Nicolau Lobato International Airport?
Airport meet-ups and hotel delivery are arranged by agreement — share your flight or arrival time on WhatsApp and we plan handover details.
Is a deposit required?
Deposits or card pre-authorisation may apply depending on the vehicle and rental agreement. We explain this clearly before you sign at handover.
Who pays for fuel?
Typically you return the vehicle with the same fuel level as pickup unless we agree otherwise in writing.
What about insurance and damage?
Coverage and excess are explained at handover with your rental paperwork. Ask on WhatsApp beforehand if you want the conditions summarised before you book.
Do you offer weekly or longer hire?
Yes — multi-day and weekly rentals are common for projects and longer stays. Ask for a bundle rate when you share total days and approximate kilometres.
